Once we know what’s staying and what’s going, we can advise on the best next step.
If you do need clearance as well, we’ll quote based on what remains.

Why we built this service

A bit about us

We’ve been helping people clear properties for a number of years, and we’ve been dealing with second hand goods for even longer. Over time we’ve seen how often people clear a property too early and only realise afterwards that value has been missed.

Charity collections can fall through, and auctions can take time. Fees on both sides can also mean buyers pay more while sellers receive less.

So we built a simpler first step: buy selected valuables early, rehome suitable items where possible, and reduce what’s left.

If you need a full clearance afterwards, we can help with that too, and quote once we know what remains.
